- Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
- The product must be returned in new, saleable condition with original accessories, manual, and packaging.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense via tracked courier.

Warranty Policy
- Keyboards & Accessories – 12-month warranty.
- Handhelds & Desktops with Movable Camera – 24-month warranty.
- Desktops with Fixed Camera – 36-month warranty.
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery and excludes misuse or damage beyond normal use.
Warranty Claim Process
- Warranties are back-to-base, meaning products must be shipped to Visitech Magnifiers for assessment, repair, or replacement.
- Shipping costs are covered by the purchaser via tracked courier with original/protective packaging.
